As U2 would say... "It's a Beautiful Day"

A busy day, but most definitely beautiful. I'm still cancer-free & my daughter is off her monitor. I'm so happy. Mom & I took both girls to CHOC & were shocked (and thrilled) to see that Siena went from being 8 lbs. 7 oz. two weeks ago to 9 LBS. 12 OUNCES!! We had the nurse weigh her again to make sure it was right. And then the Nutritionist that met with us was a little shocked too! In just 2 months, that girl has gone from looking like a sick little bird to a chunky monkey!!! Too cute.
Yeah! No more wires attached to me!!

After her appt., we went to Main Place Mall, had a nice lunch & even got to shop a bit @ Nordstrom where I found a potential 20 Year Reunion dress!! (20 years? Holy &%$#!) Then we went to their 2 month Pediatrician appt. & Sara weighs the exact same but is an inch longer. And then there were the shots. They each got 2 in each leg. It was sooooo hard to watch. They each cried cries I've never heard before & it broke mine & Grandma's hearts.

Pre nasty shots (and right before Sara bonked her in the face! lol)

Oh! Another bit of great news? The Nutritionist told us we can push their night feedings to 8 HOURS!!! (That is, if the girls comply.) It's been so hard to wake sleeping babies. Let's hope they continue to be good, long sleepers like their Mommy & Daddy were!! haha

So did you pick up Siena and dance around in circles to "It's a Beautiful Day" because you can with out a wire getting wrapped around you or her now?!?? :) We are so happy!
